Chocolate and strawberry instantly turn these pancakes into a feel-good breakfast. Soft, fruity and a little festive, they’re just as perfect for a slow brunch as for a weekday treat.
Ingredients
- 200 g Pancake & Muffin Mix
- 1 egg
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g strawberries, chopped
Preparation
- Mix the baking mix, egg, water and cocoa powder into a
smooth batter. - Gently fold the strawberry pieces into the batter.
- Bake small pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
- Finish with Greek yogurt and strawberries.
