Keen to try the surprising combination of matcha and mango? Give this tropical smoothie made with oat milk a go!
Ingredients
- 1 sachet Instant Matcha Latte
- ½ ripe mango
- 150 ml oat drink
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh into pieces.
- Blend the mango pieces using a blender or hand blender until smooth.
- Mix the matcha latte powder with a small amount of warm oat drink to create a smooth, lump-free base. Let it cool briefly.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Spoon or pour the mango purée into the glass first.
- Top up with cold oat drink.
- Carefully pour the matcha over the top to create a nice layered effect.
- Stir gently just before drinking.
