Hojicha roasted green tea with a floral hint of rose

Fancy a low-caffeine hojicha latte with a floral touch? This roasted green tea pairs perfectly with the floral notes of roses.
Ingredients
- 1 sachet of Purasana Instant Hojicha
- 200 ml oat drink
- ½ teaspoon organic rose water (culinary) or a few drops of rose extract
Preparation
- Heat the oat drink to just below boiling point.
- Take a small amount of the warm oat drink and mix it with the Instant Hojicha powder to form a smooth, lump-free base.
- Add the rose water and stir gently. Add subtly, so that the floral touch remains elegant.
- Lightly froth the rest of the oat drink.
- Pour the frothed oat drink into the hojicha-rose base and mix gently.
